Role Overview:
The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day functions of our operations team, which includes the customer service, sales, recruiting, and dispatch departments. This pivotal role involves ensuring our systems function seamlessly, our team remains highly motivated, and performance metrics are met consistently. You will be responsible for hitting specific sales targets, managing profit and loss, controlling costs, and providing detailed reports. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers significant growth potential within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of multiple departments including customer service, sales, recruiting, and dispatch.
Ensure that operational systems and processes are efficient and effective.
Motivate and lead a high-performance team; set and achieve ambitious goals.
Manage the organization’s P&L; monitor and control operational costs.
Generate and submit comprehensive reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
Work closely with the CEO to align operational goals with company objectives.

Ideal Candidate:
