Job Summary
At Key Avenue Group we are a team under Keller Williams that focuses on helping our partners reach their Personal, Professional and Financial Goals, through the vehicle of real estate. We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our team to oversee day-to-day activities and continue rapid growth/expansion. The ideal candidate will have vast proven experience in a Director of Operations role. The role requires an individual committed to the vision set forth by leadership of being the best vehicle in the industry for our partners to succeed. The Director of Operations will work closely with leadership to strategize a plan to take the team from 13 agents and 100 annual transactions to 60 agents and 375 annual transactions in the next 12 months.
Objectives:
– Collaborate with senior leadership in the development of business goals and long-term operational plans, including growth and expansion
– Boosting efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
– Set measurable goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
– Work with leadership in the development of financial and budgetary plans to maximize profitability
– Analyze current business operations and streamline improvements where necessary
Responsibilities:
– Develop strategies for ensuring the growth of programs company-wide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs
– Outline, manage, and analyze KPIs for day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and maximize sales
– Create and manage day-to-day business operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, on-going progress, and challenges of key initiatives
– Leverage relationships with external partners and vendors to maximize profitability and partnerships
– Organize both client and agent services to enhance client and agent satisfaction
– Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
– Adhere to the company’s policies and standards while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
– Work closely with each department providing leadership aligned with company core values.
– Manage an International Team including VA’s, ISA’s and TC’s
Required Skills and Qualifications
– Three or more years of experience in a Director of Operations role
– Proven track record to influence and ultimately implement strategy and process to drive growth, expansion, efficiency, and productivity
– Exceptional knowledge of all business operational functions and principles, including but not limited to; human resources, finance, client care, sales, marketing and team management
– Superior leadership and communications skills, backed by previous professional achievements
– Experience developing budgets and hitting or exceeding revenue targets
– Strong ability to problem solve any all business related issues
– Proven ability to create and implement systems and processes to the highest level of efficiency
– Ability to streamline or implement business operations for rapid growth and expansion
– Natural self starter, who can see the big picture and simultaneously focus on the details
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, finance or related field
– Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business and real estate management software
– Superior negotiation skills
Full-Time
Pay: $30-40K (base and bonus pay)
