Director of Operations

ROLE

You will be the Integrator to the CEO/Visionary. The perfect candidate have led a high growth Ecommerce startup from 7 to 8 figures or 8 to 9 figures before while being a Director of Operations, VP Operations or Chief Operating Officer for multiple years.

We create brands, manufacture physical products, import from China to Europe and sell D2C via platforms like Amazon, Bol Com, Shopify, Kaufland and other channels. Our vision is to reach a €1B Valuation by 2030.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Removing Visionary from operations
– Implementing Systems
– Build things from scratch
– Simplify Processes
– Eliminate Tasks/Steps
– Identify & solve the right Bottlenecks
– Hiring/Finding Talent
– Hiring Leaders
– Formalizing Finance
– Measure KPI’s
– Set OKR’s
– Hold Leaders Accountable

REQUIREMENTS

– 2+ Years in Operations
– Experience in High Growth Startup
– Strong Experience in E-commerce
– Experience growing Revenue from 7 to 8 figures
– Experience Hiring/Finding Talent in majority of departments
– Experience in Hiring Leaders
– Willing to work in Weekends
– Willing to work 50h/week
