Certifind is a newly established Business Process Outsourcing company that specializes in providing exceptional Accountants to US and Canadian CPA firms. We are dedicated to delivering top-notch accounting services and value to our clients. As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in setting up our company’s operations, developing efficient processes, and building a strong team. Reporting directly to the founders, the Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of our operations, including external and internal recruitment, accounting, compliance, and process management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the BPO industry, possess strong leadership skills, and ideally have experience in recruiting accountants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Collaborate with the founders to design and implement operational strategies, processes, and systems that align with the company’s goals and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
– Lead the setup of operational infrastructure, including the selection and implementation of appropriate software systems, tools, and technologies.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
– Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
– Oversee the external and internal recruitment processes to attract and retain highly skilled accountants, ensuring the team meets the required capacity and qualifications.
– Take charge of accounting processes, including financial management, reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
– Continuously evaluate and improve operational performance by analyzing metrics, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing effective solutions.
– Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to BPO and accounting services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a strong understanding of BPO operations and processes.
– Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a managerial or directorial role.
– Proven track record in setting up operations, designing efficient processes, and implementing appropriate software systems.
– Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in recruiting accountants considered a significant asset.
– Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline). A relevant postgraduate degree would be a plus.
