Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the e-commerce industry, demonstrating strong leadership, operational expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operational staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve strategic goals, providing insights and recommendations based on operational data and trends.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Continuously evaluate and improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support the company’s growth and scalability.
Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and support the overall growth strategy.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Director of Operations or similar leadership role in the e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, supply chain management, and logistics.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
