We are seeking a Director of Recruiting to build and lead our recruiting department. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by developing a robust recruiting strategy, creating efficient systems and processes, and leading a team to bring in the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy that aligns with our company’s mission and values.
– Develop tracking and monitoring systems to ensure targets for hires are met consistently.
– Manage the entire recruitment process, from vetting applicants to conducting initial interviews and scheduling second
interviews with department leads.
– Develop and maintain a detailed documentation of our hiring processes.
– Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
– Oversee the creation of job descriptions and hiring funnels, ensuring our company vision is effectively communicated and sold
to potential hires.
Required Competencies:
– Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams, managing projects, and influencing at all levels of an organization.
– Demonstrated ability to grow and develop a department.
– Organization: Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on systems and processes. Experience with leveraging data
analytics in recruitment.
– Sales: Proven ability to effectively sell a company vision and attract high-quality candidates. Experience in creating compelling
job descriptions and optimizing hiring funnels.
– Hunger: High level of drive and ambition. Willingness to put in the necessary hours to develop this department and make it
the best in the industry.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
– Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Proficient in various recruitment technologies and platforms.
