As a key member of our HR and management teams, you will have the chance to develop and implement strategies to take our recruitment process to the next level, while staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.

The Recruitment Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for our virtual assistant team. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. The Recruitment Operations Manager will work closely with the HR and management teams to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective, and that we are hiring the best candidates for our company.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategies to attract and hire top virtual assistant candidates
– Source candidates through a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
– Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify top candidates
– Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates
– Coordinate onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and training
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
– Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and improve recruitment processes
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
– 3+ years of experience in recruitment and/or HR
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
– Familiarity with virtual work environments and remote teams is a plus
