Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our company’s growth objectives and values.
Platform Development: Lead the initiative to build out and continuously improve a state-of-the-art recruitment platform, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes.
Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Hands-on Recruitment: Actively participate in recruiting and sourcing activities, especially for key positions, demonstrating best practices and leading by example.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Brand Ambassadorship: Elevate and promote our employer brand, ensuring Blue Ocean Recruitment is recognized as an employer of choice in the industry.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategies, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of trends and innovations in talent acquisition technologies and methodologies, ensuring our practices remain competitive and cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role, with a track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
Experience in building or significantly enhancing recruitment platforms or HR technologies.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, team members, and senior leadership.
Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
Proficient in the use of ATS, CRM, and recruitment analytics tools.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
