IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
? Be responsible for Sales Strategy and Growth, Team Leadership and Management, Client Relationship Management, Service Delivery and Quality, Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence, and Financial Management.
? Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our client base and achieve revenue targets.
? Identify new business opportunities and potential markets while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
? Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales collateral, promotional materials, and thought leadership content to support sales efforts.
? Provide strong leadership to the sales and service teams, inspiring and motivating them to excel.
? Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions.
? Oversee the hiring, training, and development of sales and service personnel to build a skilled and customer-focused team.
? Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.
? Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance client satisfaction.
? Ensure our services consistently meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
? Implement quality control measures, conduct performance evaluations, and lead process improvements to optimize service delivery efficiency.
? Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
? Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales and service strategies accordingly to maximize market positioning.
? Work closely with the finance team to establish and manage sales budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
? Background in the marketing industry.
? Previous experience with start-ups and/or small to medium-sized companies.
? Bachelor’s degree (required), along with 2-5+ years of experience in business development, account management, and/or project management with marketing agencies and/or BPOs/LPOs.
? Working knowledge and experience selling and managing one or several of the following: SEO, PPC, TV/CTV, leads, and remote staffing for law firms.
? Driven to spearhead growth alongside a creative and motivated team; and you thrive on “getting your hands dirty” and “wearing many hats.”
? Enjoyment for spending a significant portion of your day communicating with potential and current clients through phone calls, video conferencing, and occasionally in-person interactions.
? Comfortable with and prefer working in a remote environment all the time.
