Discord Community Builder/Manager

We are a group of entrepreneurs looking for an experienced Discord Builder/Developer/Community Manager to help us build and manage a vibrant, user-friendly Discord server for our growing community. This will be a platform where like-minded individuals can engage with us and each other, share insights, ask questions, and keep up-to-date on the projects we’re working on. This community will also be a space where we can promote affiliate links to valuable products and host “podcast” talks or top industry individuals talks.

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage a Discord server tailored to our needs, ensuring it’s user-friendly, visually pleasing, and easy to navigate.

Create different sections within the Discord server, including but not limited to, areas for discussions, Q&As, project updates, and daily posts for community engagement.

Design the aesthetic of our Discord server to align with our brand – we are looking for a fun and trustworthy vibe.

Set up and manage different channels based on our needs such as channels for showcasing our projects, providing insightful tips, promoting affiliate products, hosting podcasts or industry talks, and more.

Work closely with us to continuously improve the Discord server, taking into consideration the feedback from the community.

Maintain server security and enforce community guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing and growing Discord communities.

Strong understanding of Discord features and capabilities, including server setup, bots, roles, permissions, and more.

Strong written communication skills in English.

Able to work independently and take initiative to improve the community without direct supervision.

Passion for entrepreneurship and an understanding of our mission and brand.
