Responsibilities:
– Manage Discord Surveys: Create, distribute, and analyze surveys to gather community feedback.
– Daily Posts: Craft and post engaging content daily to keep the community informed and active.
– Community Engagement: Interact with community members, respond to inquiries, and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
– Server Engagement: Develop strategies to keep the Discord server lively and engaged.
– Member Growth: Implement initiatives to attract and onboard new members to the Discord community.
– Moderation: Monitor the server to ensure compliance with community guidelines and address any issues promptly.
– Support Agent: Provide assistance to community members, answering questions, and resolving issues.
– Additional Tasks: Perform any other Discord-related tasks as required by the company.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Proven experience managing and growing online communities, particularly on Discord.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to create engaging content and foster community engagement.
– Experience with community moderation and support.
– Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role. Compensation will be based on measurable outcomes related to your performance, including community growth and engagement metrics. Each new member added to the community could be worth as much as in commission $1000-$2000.
