Job Description

We are Pioneers Heating and Air, a growing HVAC company located in California, USA.
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing valuable support to our organization. The current position is full-time + with promotion options.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating Service Requests:
Receive and process service requests from customers via phone, email, or online platforms. Gather necessary information such as customer details, service requirements, and scheduling preferences.

2. Scheduling and Dispatching: Schedule service appointments based on customer preferences and resource availability.

3. Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their service requests or deliveries. Provide updates on estimated arrival times, delays, or any changes to the schedule. Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.

4. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of any data, service requests, appointments, and interactions with customers. Update databases, service logs, and tracking systems with relevant information such as job details, customer feedback, and resolution status.

Requirements:

-Excellent English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to convey ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally.

-Virtual Assistance Skills: Proven experience in providing administrative support and managing tasks efficiently. Proficiency in using productivity tools such as project management software And platforms.

-Self-motivated and Organized: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Tech-savvy: Comfortable with various online tools and software applications. Familiarity with AI tools and doing research on google.
