As a dispatcher, you will play a vital role in our service efforts to communicate with new and existing clients to coordinate service. Your days will be filled with proactive outgoing and incoming texts and calls, creating work directives using CRM’s, maps and optimization tools for our dispatching deparTment.
Requirements:
Home Service Sales and Service Experience
Availability to work Monday to Saturday
6 day work weeks
Great phone sales skills
Proficiency in using CRM programs
Comfortable handling phone calls
Ability to develop business by reaching out to old, new, and current customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding multitasking skills
We welcome candidates who are at least 25 years old and have a minimum of 5 years of home service dispatching, appointment setting and sales skills. We value attitude and work ethic above all else, and we provide comprehensive training to all qualified applicants who are eager to learn. Reliability, dependability, and a team-oriented mindset are qualities we highly appreciate. No other jobs or gig work allowed since this is a full time job.
