Dispatcher/Admin/Logistics Coordinator

Your role as a dispatcher is to coordinate and assign orders to our drivers
Schedule: Form 6 am EST (8 hour shift)
Monday to Friday with weekend availability.

Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in dispatching ,managing drivers and admin
Candidate Must have excellent English and communication.
Candidates will have to send voice-note reading a script we provide

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Utilize TMS(Transportation Management System) to organize and track shipment schedules and orders
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Proactively identify and address potential logistical issues or delays, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
Communicate with drivers over the phone to coordinate shipments, address inquiries, and resolve any logistical challenges.
Utilize strong email writing skills to correspond with clients and stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining professional communication.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.

Example of some of the task to complete in a days work

Task 1:
Order Request Management
You’ll receive same day that need to be dispatched asap. 7 Days a week
Dispatch trips based on drivers closest to order. Consider miles, location and availability.
Provide each driver with work order so orders can be invoiced.
Assign the same days trips
Reassign trips to drivers if conditions change.

Task 2:
Check on driver 20 mins after order is assigned to make sure they are on their way to the pick up order.

Task 3
Make sure orders are complete and check proof of delivery .
Verify drivers invoice after delivery to ensure payment

Task 4
Business Development & Growth Opportunity
Cold call new drivers and recruit for available routes.
