Position Title: Dispatcher and Customer Service Rep

Mission:
Your mission as a Dispatcher and Customer Service Rep is to streamline our box rental operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. You are the vital link in our logistics chain, balancing customer needs with operational prowess.

Expected Results:
Delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing overall client satisfaction.
Efficiently routing deliveries and pickups, optimizing both customer timelines and company resources.
Winning the confidence of our drivers by being their go-to problem solver, akin to an air traffic controller in logistics.

Skills and Attributes:
Excellent communication skills. Professional fluency in English to be able to communicate professionally with clients.
Proficiency in remote communication and digital tools – GPS tracking, CRM, Calendar, Whatsapp, Ring Central
Highly competent with MS office (especially excel), Google Suite, PowerPoint, and able to learn new software systems quickly and efficiently
Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in a cross-cultural context. We will give you the tools and systems, and train you to be successful, and offer support to help you succeed.
Flexible. A willingness to take on tasks, instructions, and/or additional work requests as required.

Expertise in scheduling, with a knack for geographical and logistical acumen. You understand traffic, topography and can learn the streets of a new city quickly. Question to ask – do you have a good sense of direction?
A customer-first approach, with an empathetic understanding of diverse needs.
The ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
An energetic personality, able to connect with people effectively and tackle any task with a positive attitude.
Excellent time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities and Day to Day Tasks:
First point of contact for incoming phone calls and inquiries via email.
Effective management of customer interactions and resolution of service queries.
Processing sales orders and requests from customers and other sales persons in the company.
Dispatch and scheduling planning of daily routes and schedules, ensuring operational efficiency.
Ongoing support and coordination with drivers to facilitate smooth operations.
Regular monitoring and adaptation of processes to enhance service delivery.
Scorekeeping: Tracking and data entry for yourself and other team members to track KPIs.
Marketing: Customer research, feedback and reviews.

Basic Technical Requirements
Your own laptop/desktop computer that is reliable, quick, has 16GB RAM or more; with Chrome installed
3 Monitors or screens
Cellphone with Whatsapp
Space on your laptop/desktop computer to download, and run effectively, various software for the job
A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 25MBPS, with a backup internet connection
Noise canceling headset/headphones
A quiet and dedicated workspace free of distractions

Compensation and Benefits:
Health Benefits after 3 months
Salary: $700.00 USD per month to start, with an increase after 1 months.
Salary is paid bi-weekly for first month then monthly on the 15th of each month.
Annual Bonus paid out in December
