We are a fast growing Home Service brand with plumbing and HVAC services in Colorado.
This job is for a Home Service Dispatcher who has experience in the Home Service Industry and with Service Titan software.
This position may also include some Call taking and Customer Service at times.
We are looking for candidates that have experience in:
1. Home Service Dispatching
2. Customer Service
3. Working with a Remote Team of Filipino Professionals (all our CSRs are in the Philippines)
4. Flexibility and good attitude
5. Computer Skills
You will be expected to work 40-50 hours per week from 8am-5/7pm Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday.
You will work very closely with your team of 3x CSRs and your Admin manager (lives in the US).
Requirements:
C2 English fluency
High speed internet with Backup internet source (we will require a speed test for both)
Backup Power Source (photo required)
Knowledge of CRMs (Service Titan and DialPad specifically)
Knowledge of Dispatching for Profit Methodology
