Dispatcher (customer support)

Koscom Cable Inc is an authorized contractor for the largest telecommunication companies across the USA. We are the HR solution for the TOP companies on the market, such as Comcast, Spectrum, COX, RCN, Mediacom & others. Now we are looking for Dispatcher/Customer support manager.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling and dispatching technicians, work crews, customer requests or immediate needs.
Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, field inspectors, supervisors or emergency personnel
Using phones, text messages, message boards and customer software to contact employees and customers.
Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
Preparing daily work schedules for technicians.
Preparing and dispositioning work orders for crew and work order close out and tracking.
Being in charge of communications within company assigned territories and customer markets.
Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information
Monitors workers’ working hours to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Assists in overseeing maintenance and repair schedules for vehicles and tools.
Keeps management informed of progress, issues and proposed changes in the operation
Assists in determining schedules

Requirements:
Fluent English
Dispatch experience or related experience with a proven track record in warehouse and distribution center operations.
Experience in customers calls and coordinating
Excellent communication skills and ability to think on your feet
Enjoy working in a customer-facing role
Being able to work on multiple projects at once
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with all levels of management and workforce.
Strong organizational skills to prepare and assign routes.
Strong leadership skills to ensure drivers’ compliance with direction and assignments.
Proficient with or able to quickly learn dispatch and recordkeeping systems.
Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure.
Understanding of warehouse management systems, refrigerated and grocery merchandise products.
