Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Disposition Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Disposition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process by overseeing the efficient sale of our real estate assets. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize profitability through strategic pricing, effective marketing, and negotiating favorable terms with buyers. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Asset Evaluation: Assess the market value of properties and determine optimal pricing strategies to ensure maximum return on investment.
Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote properties effectively. This includes utilizing various channels such as online listings, social media, direct mail, and networking events to attract potential buyers.
Lead Management: Manage and qualify leads generated through marketing efforts. Follow up promptly with interested parties and provide them with the necessary information to facilitate the sales process.
Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts with prospective buyers to achieve favorable terms for our organization while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Transaction Coordination: Oversee the entire sales process from contract negotiation to closing. Coordinate with all parties involved, including buyers, sellers, real estate agents, attorneys, and lenders, to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Generate regular reports detailing sales activity, performance metrics, and projections to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and other key stakeholders to expand our network and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a disposition or asset management role.
Strong understanding of real estate principles, market dynamics, and investment strategies.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing successful deals.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and transaction coordination.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
