Disposition Manager Specialist

The primary responsibility of the disposition manager specialist is to:
Build relationships with other qualified investors to grow the company’s buyer list. Cold call and add 5-10 new buyers/day, acquire their buy box and put in the REI Reply CRM system.
Sell properties to buyers in a timely manner.
Understand ARV, comping rules, different investment strategies such as fix n flip, fix n hold, seller financing, subto, wrapping, etc for Single Family Home (SFH) and small and large Multifamily.
Candidate needs to be able to communicate in a timely fashion and negotiate the sale of properties from the interest the marketing generates.
This will take place via email, text, phone calls, and/or video meetings.
The ideal candidate has the ability to build long term relationships and also is self-motivated and independent.
Responsibilities:
Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed.
Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward.
Market properties according to established procedures.
Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process.
Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers.
Provide the company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis.
Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in real estate. 3+ years experience in wholesale experience. 3+ years cold calling experience, ability to not use a script.
Extremely fluent and native with speaking and written English
Must be proficient with Trello, Privy, REI Reply, Dropbox, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Google Docs.
Proficient in REI reply, being able to build out workflow, campaign, customize design to categorize buyers.
Have experience in acquiring and selling wholesale properties.
Extrovert and enjoying having conversations with buyers.
Extremely self motivated and independent with no need for supervision.
Results/goals orientated. Hitting KPIs.
