Disposition Sales Rep

Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dispositions Sales Representative to join our team. As a Dispositions Sales Rep, your primary responsibility will be to nurture and expand our relationships with cash buyers in our pipeline, while actively marketing and selling our properties to investors. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with a strong background in telephone sales, excellent communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow-up with Cash Buyers: Regularly communicate with cash buyers in our pipeline to understand their investment preferences, maintain relationships, and provide them with suitable property opportunities.
Investor Relationship Building: Actively seek out new investors and build relationships within the real estate community. Expand our network of potential buyers by attending networking events and utilizing online platforms.
Marketing Properties: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase our properties to potential buyers. This includes creating compelling property listings, utilizing online platforms, and coordinating property showings.
Hit Daily KPIs: Consistently achieve and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to outbound calls, follow-up emails, and property presentations.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms with potential buyers and facilitate the closing process. Ensure a smooth transaction from contract to closing.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telephone sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of real estate investment strategies and market trends.
High level of motivation and a self-starter mentality.
Comfortable working on an hourly rate with a 100% commission structure and bonuses based on performance.
