We are currently seeking an experienced Disposition Specialist.
Position: Disposition Specialist
Hourly Rate: $10/hour
Job Requirements:
Strong sales background in a BPO setup, preferably in real estate.
Native-level English communication skills.
Organizational skills.
Ability to quickly learn programs and websites.
Good work ethic and responsibility.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Team player with a hunger for sales.
High attention to detail.
Experience in handling Google Sheets/Drive and Podio.
Knowledge in Investor Lift/Prevy (preferred but not required).
Job Responsibilities:
Negotiate the best deals with buyers.
Develop unqualified buyers to the point of becoming qualified buyers.
Ensure engagement with all current buyers and further nurture relationships with the company.
Properly manage personal CRM system account.
Maintain an efficient company email account.
Implement consistent marketing strategies to engage buyers.
Foster good internal communication with the sales team and management.
Technical Requirements:
Laptop/Desktop (Processor: at least i3, OS: at least Windows 10).
Wired Internet Connection (Download and Upload speeds: above 10 mbps).
Backup Computer (any accessible computer in case of issues).
Backup Internet Connection (alternative connection in case of issues with the main provider).
USB Noise-canceling Headset.
Webcam/Laptop Camera.
