Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Virtual Dispositions Agent to join our team. This role is vital to our operations, focusing on managing and executing the sale of our investment properties. You will be instrumental in identifying and engaging with potential buyers, marketing our deals effectively, and facilitating smooth transactions that align with our company’s goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:
Buyer Outreach: Actively call and network with potential buyers to create and maintain a robust buyer’s list. Understand their preferences and investment criteria to match them with suitable properties.
Deal Marketing: Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and real estate platforms, to advertise available properties. Ensure listings are compelling, accurate, and reach a wide audience.
Transaction Coordination: Work closely with buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction process. Coordinate due diligence, communicate updates, and resolve any issues that arise.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about real estate trends, pricing strategies, and investor demand.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all activities, deals, and communications. Provide regular updates to the team on progress and market insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of the real estate investment landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple deals simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with real estate platforms and social media marketing.
