Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Wholesale Dispositions Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the disposition of wholesale real estate properties. You will work closely with buyers, investors, and our acquisition team to ensure the successful sale of properties.

Key Responsibilities
Market Properties: Promote and market wholesale properties to potential buyers and investors.
Negotiate Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions with buyers to maximize profits and close deals efficiently.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with a network of real estate investors and buyers.
Conduct Property Tours: Coordinate and conduct property tours for prospective buyers.
Prepare Contracts: Draft and review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Manage Transactions: Oversee the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing.
Analyze Market Trends: Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to the acquisition team.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in wholesale dispositions.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and investors.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Valid real estate license (preferred but not required).
Compensation
Base Salary: $2 per hour
Commission: Competitive commission structure based on sales performance
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses available
