Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Dispositions Manager & Brand Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with agents and brokers in our target market, effectively communicating our purchase criteria, and leveraging these connections to identify investment opportunities. Additionally, you will play a vital role in managing the sale and disposition of properties under contract by marketing our properties for sale to our existing buyer’s list and liaising between the various parties to ensure a smooth transaction process from contract to closing.
Responsibilities:
Networking and Relationship Building:
• Actively build, nurture and engage with real estate agents and brokers within our target market to educate agents and brokers about our investment strategies, purchase criteria, and overall business model.
• Utilize various social media platforms (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter), text and email campaigns, to proactively reach out to real estate agents, brokers and buyers in our target market.
• Effectively communicate our purchase criteria, investment strategies, and value proposition to attract potential deal opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the investment team to analyze potential deals and determine their viability based on our criteria.
• Present potential deals to the team for evaluation and decision-making, incorporating feedback from agents and brokers as appropriate.
Dispositions Management:
• Manage the sale and disposition process for properties under contract and serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction, working closely with buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys, lenders, and inspectors to facilitate a smooth process from contract to close.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, including property inspections, appraisals, title searches, and necessary documentation.
• Communicate regularly with all parties involved to manage timelines and expectations, provide updates, address concerns, and ensure a seamless transaction experience.

• You are detail-oriented and organized. You like to have a plan and stick to it. Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for managing the sale and disposition process, coordinating due diligence activities, and scheduling access.
• You are ethical, honest, and professional. You are committed to doing the right thing, all the time, even if nobody is watching.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, familiarity with the disposition process and experience in managing real estate transactions from contract to close.
Proficient in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems (Podio), Google Calendar management and Aweber (email) and Launch Control (text)
