Position Overview:
As a Dispositions Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in our sales department, focusing on the disposition of properties. Your main focus will be on driving sales through building relationships with realtors, managing property deals, and identifying new opportunities for off-market deals. This position is perfect for a go-getter who is ready to make a significant impact in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
Deal Disposition: Take charge of property sales, leveraging your ability to foster productive relationships with realtors and investors.

Lead Management: Respond promptly to all leads, managing a pipeline of prospects to ensure continuous sales opportunities.
Investor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with a network of investors and buyers, understanding their needs and offering tailored deals.

Market Analysis: Perform research and analysis of properties using MLS to support effective deal negotiations.
Communication Excellence: Utilize various platforms (email, text, social media) to communicate deals to our VIP buyers and broader buyer list.

CRM Management: Update our CRM with buyer information and property details to streamline tracking and follow-up processes.

Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Associate’s degree preferred. 2-4 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates with real estate and MLS experience. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and a strong working knowledge of Google Docs/Suite and MS Office are essential.

Skills: You’ll need excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse individuals. Your ability to manage tasks efficiently and solve problems will be key.
