$640 per month first 90 days probation

$720 per month after 90 day probation

Israel Investment Properties is seeking a Real Estate Sales Dispositions Specialist who is seeking to thrive more than simply survive. You are someone with boundless energy, who is wise, and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset who doesn’t want a job, but instead wants to build a business.

By using our specialized marketing techniques that we have perfected over the years, we provide you with all the tools you need to thrive in today’s world. Our structures and systems are built around maximizing what you excel and most importantly enjoy best. We provide all transaction support, administrative team, lead generation, marketing, and training support.

As a Disposition Agent / Specialist:

* Find buyers for all our off-market deals
* Update CRM
* Tack all buyers offers
* Send out contracts for buyers to sign
* Post our off-market deals on our disposal platforms (Face Book Groups, Protexting, Investorlift etc..)
* Open-minded. Has a winning attitude.
* Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
* Ability to think strategically and prioritize competing projects
* Skilled communicators with polished interpersonal communication skills.
* Problem-Solving attitude to make sure closings are handled accordingly

What You Will Do
* The Real Estate Dispositions Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the sales process of properties within the company’s real estate portfolio
* Determine listing prices and manage pricing strategies for each property
* Develop strong business relationships with buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company
* Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
This Job is not for lazy or non-driven people. We are looking for people who love solving problems while making excellent money. We provide the training, the tools and the leads and it’s up to you to close the deals. Prior experience working in Real Estate is not necessary but prior sales experience is a plus.
