JOB VACATURE: DISPUTE MANAGER & OPERATIONS OVERSEER

Are you an experienced professional skilled in dispute management, overseeing customer support, and ensuring seamless package deliveries? We are on the lookout for a versatile Dispute Manager & Operations Overseer to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role demands not only effective dispute resolution but also keen supervision of our customer support operations and vigilant monitoring of our delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

Maintain excellent communication with the team, suppliers, and the customer support department.
Independently handle and resolve disputes efficiently and effectively within Klarna’s framework.
Ensure prompt response times within 24 hours, six days a week, for dispute management and customer inquiries.
Oversee and evaluate the performance of customer support representatives, ensuring quality and consistency in service.
Monitor package delivery processes, liaise with suppliers, and address any delivery issues proactively.
Manage and update templates and protocols for structured and organized operations across different departments.
Qualifications:

Proven work experience in dispute management, especially within Klarna, and in supervising customer support operations.
Proficiency in working with proxies and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage different operational aspects efficiently.
