We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Disputes CS Agent to join our team!

About the Role
The Disputes CS Agent involves handling and resolving disputes related to transactions processed through PayPal payment system.

Responsibilities:
– Investigate and resolve disputes raised by customers regarding transactions, such as unauthorized transactions, billing errors, refund requests, or disputes over product or service quality.
– Engage in effective and professional communication with customers, merchants, and other relevant parties involved in the dispute resolution process.
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of all dispute-related information, including customer interactions, evidence, decisions, and resolutions.
– Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines when handling disputes and customer interactions. This includes maintaining customer confidentiality, following dispute resolution protocols, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
– Act as a customer advocate by empathizing with their concerns, providing exceptional customer service, and striving to find fair and satisfactory resolutions to their disputes. This may involve negotiating with merchants, processing refunds, or facilitating chargebacks, depending on the nature of the dispute
– Recognize and identify potential fraudulent activities or suspicious transactions and follow established protocols to report such cases to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and action.

Qualifications:
– 1 year experience in a similar role
– Minimum 80% win rate
– Proficiency in Paypal, Klarna, and other customer service software, CRM systems, and relevant tools
– Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
