We are on the lookout for a dedicated Dispute Resolution Manager who is passionate about resolving conflicts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our customer relationships and fostering a positive environment where disputes are handled with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Managing and resolving customer disputes in a timely and effective manner.
Overseeing dispute resolution processes, including documentation and follow-ups.
Communicating with customers via email to address concerns, provide updates, and resolve conflicts.
Enhancing our dispute resolution framework and contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
Ensuring prompt response to all dispute inquiries, adhering to our goal of a 24-hour response time.
Upholding the highest level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:

Klarna (disputes)
Paypal (disputes)
Shopify (chargebacks)
Re-amaze (support help desk)
Shopify (eCommerce platform)
Discord (communication channel)
DeepL (for translation)

We will provide you with:

Comprehensive video training.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to guide your work.
Direct access to the Lead Customer Support for any questions or guidance.
Applicant needs to:

Possess fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in dispute resolution or a related field.
Be available for weekly team calls.
Exhibit strong organizational skills, motivation, and a keen interest in professional growth and development.
