When you start, you will need to follow New York USA time
that would be 11pm your time to 7 am your time
This way you can be in touch with us as you are learning the job
Once you have mastered the job, you can switch to
3pm your time to 11 pm your time.
once you are good at the job, these hours would give
you a 2 hour overlap with New York Time.
8 hours a day 40 hours a week

Since this is full time long term job we request that you only work for us.
You must have experience with the Amazon Store dashboard and all it’s functions.
Amazon, eBay and Walmart store fronts are also used. Some experience
eBay and Walmart will be helpful.
Some familiarity will help you handle the diverse ecommerce duties.
Experience answering messages on Amazon, eBay and Walmart is required.
As you master the basic roles there are new an interesting things to help you grow
and make you more valuable to us.
A fast learner and self starter will keep you interested and not frustrated.
Attention to detail means you check your own work.
Excellent English speaking and communication skills will allow you
to expand into other interesting roles.
The usual programs,
Microsoft office suite (word, excel)
We use Google Docs
We use Asana.
and custom software that we will train you on.
Of course you need to have a dependable fast internet connection is needed since everything is on line.
Two monitors is required for proper productivity.
Detailed Responsibilities
Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and
ongoing tasks that you have done and .
Most important we need to know what you need help with.
The reason we need you on New York time is so that you can WhatsApp/email
and get questions answered right away.
answer eBay, amazon and Walmart emails
This includes answering the messages on Saturday and Sunday for 1 hour each day.
Walmart requires it. It is good to answer the priority messages on Amazon and Walmart
of customer who are having a problem. The other messages can wait until Monday.
Some research is involved to answer some questions
we have placing to find most answers, but sometimes it is easy to google for the answer.
Reconcile amazon sales to invoices to recover inventory issues
appeal amazon a to z claims
file lost packages claims
amazon feedback issues
amazon damage claims
making listing on eBay, Walmart and amazon following a template
as you master these responsibilities we have other projects ready for you.

Vacation and sick leave after 6 months.
