We are seeking a competent DM Appointment Setter to join our company. Answering messages and inquiries sent via direct messaging or chat through different social media platforms, cold calling, SMS and CRM.

We are looking for a full-time Dm Appointment Setter who can quickly respond back to direct messages and chats sent to our social media platform and CRM with the possibility of converting them to clients or routing them to schedule an appointment. Duties and Responsibilities:

Booking in sales calls for our sales team via skool, cold call, email & SMS.
You will manage our social media skool group and messaging potential leads from that group.
You will be accepting new members and messaging them according to the SOP we have mapped out for you.
You should be proactive and do daily reports to ensure that any requests or questions of members are being catered.

Exceed 100 DM’s per day.
You will be expected to generate approximately 80 calls per month (approx 4 / day each) through hot/warm/cold outbound marketing efforts
You will be expected to set appointments that close at a 25% closing ratio or more (meaning the closer is closing 1 out of 4 of your set appointments, minimum)
You will also be expected to follow-up prior to the appointment to assure that you maintain a show rate of above 75% for set appointments
You will be expected to attend weekly sales meetings. On these meetings you will present your numbers and be proactive about asking questions and needs for support
Manage pipeline of prospects using company CRM.
Other admin tasks as assigned (i.e., submit a daily report at the end of each day, update tracking sheets, update CRM, etc)

Who You Are:
A charismatic communicator who’s not shy about picking up the phone or crafting engaging emails.
A self-motivated individual, driven by targets and the thrill of closing the loop between leads and sales.
Someone with a keen eye for research, able to quickly identify and connect with decision-makers.
Experience in sales or a similar role is a plus, but what we’re really looking for is determination, skill in communication, and a hunger for success.

Position Details
This role is for an independent contractor.
Contractor must maintain their own work environment that is conducive to accomplishing the tasks for the role successfully.
This role will be compensated based on commission.
The role has high potential for increased pay and growth.
While this role does not have set hours, you must be available to respond to prospects daily and quickly and take occasional meetings when necessary.
You have your own computer, mobile phone, and internet access.
Payment Structure: Commission only
Potential Earnings: Uncapped, the more you succeed, the more you earn.
