We are growing quickly and in need of someone special to fill a role as a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT on our team to help us with OUTBOUND MARKETING THROUGH INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, AND OTHER PLATFORMS TO PROMOTE OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

About You

In order to be successful at this job, here are some things we are looking for in our ideal person (hopefully you!):
-You will need decent English comprehension. Although we have scripts for you to copy and paste, the better applicants for this job will understand English well so that if the conversation goes off the script, you can understand and learn what to do (we will coach you).

-Learn how to discern whether a profile is a good prospect or not for our business based on the criteria provided. For example, we will have a large list of profiles and one of the criteria may be “Christian Single”. This means you will need to look at their profile and see if they are a Christian single or not based on what they post.

-Create a separate professional Instagram and Facebook profile and manage our social media interactions (post our DM Certification). Utilize provided scripts and resources to communicate with leads and track the progress of these messages in our Excel tracking document.

-Each social media platform has messaging limitations, or our accounts can be banned, so it is very important to be aware of these on a daily basis and stay below them.

-Additionally, the messages are ideally sent spaced out during our working hours in our time zone (and not yours). For example, LinkedIn frowns upon messages sent during our non-business hours because it is an indicator of spamming.

-Working hours – We are based in the Eastern time zone (UTC/GMT -5). Although it’s not mandatory you work 100% within our working hours of 9 AM – 5 PM, it’s helpful if there is some overlap for the above reason and so that we can communicate synchronously as well as with the people you message or else we will have slow and long conversations that takes days instead of hours.

-Flexible work schedule – This role has no set hours; your focus will be generating qualified leads and enrollments. Your efforts and results drive your schedule, offering flexibility to fit this role into your lifestyle.

-Performance-Based Compensation – Earn $10 for each qualified lead who books a call and $75 bonus for each qualified lead who converts into a customer. Your earnings potential is directly tied to your performance, with the opportunity to significantly exceed the traditional monthly compensation range.

-Working remotely – You can work from anywhere in the world. (We have team members in Tennessee, California, and Indiana, and would love to add more global team members!) So we don’t have a physical office that you need to dress up and go into every day. Just weekly Zoom meetings.

-Ongoing training and self development – One of the things we believe is investing in our team members. We understand working with us likely isn’t your last destination (although we love working with fantastic people as long as possible), we want to help train you to become better at what you do, which sets us up together for success now and sets you up for success if/when you move on.

-Promoting from within – Our business is growing rapidly and we always look within our team first whenever we have a position to fill. Who better than someone who has already worked with us? We love it when we can promote someone on our team so they can have more leadership and responsibility and make more money.
