This document spells out the job scope for Document Gatherer candidates to understand what to expect if they were to be hired for this ad-hoc job.

Job Scope

This job requires the Document Gatherer to systematically collate free top schools test papers from one (or more) particular website and do some small changes to those documents.

I shall break down below how systematic the documents should be collated:

Altogether, we have 5 Main Folders:
1. Primary
2. Secondary
3. Junior College
4. IB
5. IGCSE

Within each of the 5 Main Folders, there should be:
– All the Academic Level Folders (e.g. for Primary, there should be P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, and P6 Folders)

Within each Academic Level Folder, there should be:
– All the Subject Folders (e.g. For P1, there should be English, Math, Chinese, Malay, and Tamil)

Within each Subject Folder, there should be:
– PDF Files, with each PDF representing one year (e.g. 2019). We should have 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2021, so 7 PDF’s in total.

Within each PDF file, there should be at 8 different top schools’ test papers + their corresponding answer keys in chronological order. And in each PDF file, you should insert a standard branding cover page (to be designed by me), and a standard branding header + footer (also designed by me) on every page of the PDF, and a standard branding watermark (also designed by me) on every page of the PDF.

Remuneration/Salary

This project should take you 4-7 days to complete and properly check that everything’s done right. The remuneration is PHP 6,000.
