We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating comprehensive documentation for our niche CRM and telecom software. The role involves collaborating with the support team to ensure efficient documentation of issues and best practices.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain end-user documentation:
user guides, FAQs, and tutorials to enhance user understanding and experience.
b. Collaborate with product managers and developers:
c. Work closely with cross-functional teams to document new features and updates, ensuring accurate and timely
documentation.
2. Support team collaboration:
a. Work with the support team to identify recurring issues and document resolutions for quick and efficient problem-solving.
3. Create internal documentation:
a. Develop internal documentation to assist customer support and training teams in delivering exceptional service.
b. Implement documentation standards:
c. Establish and maintain documentation standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all materials.
4. Update documentation:
a. Keep documentation up-to-date in line with product updates and releases to provide users with the most accurate
information.
5. Maintain documentation repository:
a. Organize and maintain a well-organized documentation repository for easy accessibility and reference.

Qualifications:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills:
a. Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
2. Familiarity with CRM and telecom software (required)
a. Required for understanding the nuances of our software.
3. Proficiency in documentation tools:
a. Experience with Markdown, Confluence, or similar tools is necessary.
4. Technical Writing experience
