Experience in ZOHO and ChatGPT is a MUST.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Documentation Specialist. This role plays a vital part in preparing statements and contentions for submissions to the Department of Veterans Affairs. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, research skills, and the ability to work with AI-driven tools to create persuasive and accurate documents. The Specialist also maintains strict confidentiality and ethical standards while ensuring that clients are informed about the progress of their cases.

Requirements

Proven experience in drafting statements, contentions, or legal documents.

Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Office Suite

Experience in effectively using ChatGPT

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions.

Research skills and the ability to gather information from various sources.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using AI-driven tools or software for document creation is a plus.

Knowledge of legislation and regulations related to veterans’ claims is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Draft Statements and Contentions:

Prepare statements and contentions following specific instructions using AI-driven tools with prebuilt prompts.

Make necessary amendments for clarity and thoroughness in submissions.

Research and Analysis:

Conduct research on legislation and medical articles related to cases to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting veterans’ claims.

Document Review and Summarization:

Review and summarize documents or evidence provided by clients to support their claims.

Organize and present information persuasively.

Template Creation and Refinement:

Create and refine document templates for various types of claims, streamlining the documentation process.

Ensure that templates are comprehensive and tailored to specific claim requirements.

Confidentiality and Ethical Standards:

Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to client information and case details.

Adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of documentation and client interactions.

Client Communication:

Keep clients updated on the progress of their cases.

Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information and guidance.

CRM Case Management:

Consistently update CRM case notes to track case developments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
