Position Overview:
As a Documents Specialist at Classe Auto Sales LLC, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining various types of documents related to vehicle sales and dealership operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of documents, as well as adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities:

Organize, maintain, and update electronic and physical documents related to vehicle sales, leases, and financing agreements.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Input and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and document management systems with a high level of accuracy.
Monitor the status and progress of documents, following up on outstanding items and deadlines as needed.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and administrative teams to gather, process, and distribute documents efficiently.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and consistency of documents.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information.
Provide training and support to staff on document management tools, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in document management, data entry, or administrative support roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in document management software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to automotive sales and financing is a plus.
