You will likely have to put in extra time and not just 40hrs/week but sometime 60hrs/week to get things done. This position is not for someone looking for a good Work/Life Balance. Bossa Linda (IG @bossa_linda) designs unique planters for the home decor niche. We’re seeking a Determined Problem Solver with a Bias for Action and Results to join our plant loving team. You’ll assist our Founder on driving new products from idea, design, production and launch. Along the way you’ll identify problems, research for solutions, make recommendations, solve them yourself if possible and keeping things organized & moving forward.

The most important thing you should have are examples of driving things to completion whether in your personal or professional life. What projects have you started and stuck with all the way to completion/done?

We’ll train you for the role’s responsibilities and the current way we complete tasks so no prior experience is necessary. You’ll learn valuable skills and if your performance is good you’ll have opportunities to grow within our company. Your work hours start at 4pm PT which is 8am PHT. We use Time Doctor.

Job Responsibilities
*Ensure tasks are completed & assist in moving company projects towards completion.
*Identify & do not tolerate problems and resolve them or organize the needed information for the founder to make a decision to move things forward or reminding the relevant parties to complete their part or provide a deadline when they can get it done by
*Keeping track of who needs to complete what by when and following up with internal and external team members to keep projects moving forward
*Basic analytical abilities – arithmetic and algebra level math to analyze information to provide recommendations
*Clearly document in a concise, step-by-step format how tasks are currently being completed – i.e. creating checklists for how work is done and updating the checklists as necessary to make things more efficient and simpler to achieve the desired outcome
*Update documentation as things change – the only time/reason for changes would be to make things more efficient/reliable/simpler or automated
*Summarize key takeaways and next actions from conversations
*Organize images, files, folders, etc in a certain way to keep things organized
