Trial Period: There’s a 6-week paid trial period. This is a chance for us to see if we’re a good match. After this period, you’ll officially join the team. This part-time role could evolve into a full-time position based on your performance and our growth.

Regular Tasks:
• File Compatibility Checks
• File Preparation for production
• Quality Control with a detailed checklist
• Minor Artwork Adjustments
• Proofing and Client Communication
• Revisions Management
• Production Schedule Awareness
• Queue Management in Teams
• Checking emails and Team messages for new tasks
• Sending approvals and picking up new tasks
• Ensuring approvals are completed and sent to production by 3 PM
Skills and Attributes:
• 2-3 years experience as a Pre-Flight Specialist / Pre-Flight Production Specialist
• Knowledge of print production processes and pre-press techniques
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and reliable
• Excellent internet service with backup equipment
Front Line If:
