There will be a 6-week (paid!) trial period pending “official” team member status. Think of the 6-week (paid!) trial as a chance for us to vibe together. At the end of this period, you’ll officially join the team. This part-time opportunity is just the beginning – as we expand, your role may evolve into a full-time position based on your skills and contributions to our growing family.

day in the life… (REGULAR TASKS)

1) Calendar + Inbox Management
– Gatekeeping, outlining schedule
– Podcast guess outreach, sending bio & summaries out to shows, etc
– Conference scheduling, connecting w/ other speakers
– Managing communication from all angles
– Gatekeeping & calendar batching (color coordinating), time blocking (Hubspot scheduler)

2) Behind the Scenes Sales asst
– Supporting Mason as a sales assistant. CRM update w/ notes
– reviewing sales calls, AI meeting recording
– prepping sales presentations w/ templates (sales decks)
– Sales pipeline note-taking (holding accountability) (tool: Hubspot)

3) Task Management: Prioritize Urgent / Revenue Generating Tasks for Biz
– Learn/Spy/Become Mason’s second (first) brain (build out templates as you learn, document tasks,ops manual, SOPs, etc)
– Managing communications: Google vs. Outlook inboxes vs. slacks vs. social
– Sorting through noise, focus on high-prio tasks
– Managing, keeping tasks up to date on ClickUp
– Meeting Notes: update notes/ agenda/action items /follow-ups on team members action items
– Admin tasks, tool updates (moving tools over, updating docs)

About You…. (PLEASE APPLY if you possess the following skills and attributes)
– 2-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant/Integrator/Admin Assistant
– Strong calendar and email Management experience
– Strong project and time management skills
– Experienced in SOP creation and documentation
– Detail oriented
– Team oriented
– Friendly, fun to work with
– Exceptional internet service with backup equipment
– Flexible to work from 4:30 am – 2:00 pm EST

Front of the line if……
– Experience in using ClickUp as a project management tool
– Experience in using Hubspot as a CRM
– Experience in guest outreach
– Experience working in the podcasting industry
– Experience working in the ABM industry
– Experience Sales Admin experience
