There will be a 6-week (paid!) trial period pending “official” team member status. Think of the 6-week (paid!) trial as a chance for us to vibe together. At the end of this period, you’ll officially join the team.

day in the life… (REGULAR TASKS:)
1) Calendar + Inbox Management
– Gatekeeping, outlining schedule
– Managing communication from all angles
– Gatekeeping, inbox & calendar management
– top 10 things that need your attention the week
– top 3 tasks to do for today
– payments coming this week
2) Finance Management
– Business credit System (w/ vendor purchases) (Rafi will teach)
– Bookkeeping Services. P&L Statements Monthly (Quarterly)
– Quickbooks maintenance (clean up hired out)
– Finance: Business Credit
– Prep for the end of month
3) Task Management: Prioritize Urgent / Revenue Generating Tasks for Biz
– Learn/Spy/Become Rafi’s second (first) brain (build out templates as you learn, document tasks, ops manual, SOPs, etc)
– Managing communications: Google suite
– Lead Generation and lead management
– sorting through the noise, focus on high-prio tasks
– Managing, and keeping tasks up to date
– Meeting Notes: update notes/ agenda/action items /follow-ups on team members action items
– Admin tasks, tool updates (moving tools over, updating docs)
About You….(PLEASE APPLY if you possess the following skills and attributes)
– 2-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant/Integrator/Admin Assistant
– Strong calendar and email Management experience
– Strong project and time management skills
– Experience in Finance Management and Bookkeeping
– Experience in Property Management
– Experience in Lead generation
– Experience in Ad-hoc tasks
– Flexible hours but overlap until 7-8:00 am (CST)
– Highly organized and reliable
– Detail oriented
– Friendly, fun to work with
– Exceptional internet service with backup equipment
– HUGE ADVANTAGE working in the Real Estate industry

– HUGE ADVANTAGE experience in Bookkeeping and Property Management
