There will be a 6-week (paid!) trial period pending “official” team member status. Think of the 6-week (paid!) trial as a chance for us to vibe together. day in the life… (REGULAR TASKS:)
– Conduct thorough research and data entry tasks to create precise prospecting lists for upcoming tradeshows.
– Navigate tradeshow websites to identify potential leads among exhibiting companies.
– Organize prospect contacts in CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
– Manage email outreach, update lists, and discover new leads for follow-up.
– Gather insights through customer research and market surveys to support lead generation.
– Provide timely and accurate information to assist management in decision-making.
– Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to support the sales process.
– Participate in sales calls, manage lower-level leads
– Maintain data integrity and customize outreach messages for effective communication.
– Handle customer service inquiries and prospecting calls professionally and efficiently.
– Take ownership of outreach to lower-level leads, contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline.
– Support reporting efforts to track progress and inform future actions.

– 2-3 years doing sales admin work, lead generation
– Skilled in conducting thorough research and maintaining databases
– Experience in using CRM or other Database mgt tools
– Proficient in Excel/Sheets, including pivot tables, for data management and analysis
– Email marketing experience
– Strong project and time management skills
– HUGE ADVANTAGE Customer service phone experience
– Detail oriented
– YOU LOVE tedious work
– HUGE ADVANTAGE: prospecting experience on PHONE
– Fast and accurate typing skills for efficient data entry and communication
– Critical thinker
– Tech savvy, database software experience ( zoom info, Seamless ai)
– Ability to effectively communicate issues and navigate chaos with a strong and engaging personality
– Customer Service experience
– Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
– Exceptional internet service with a backup generator
– Accustomed to working in Eastern Standard Time (EST), 8:30 am – 4:30 pm EST
