**REGULAR TASKS**
***External-Facing Responsibilities***
1. Client and Tutor Communication:
– Interface with clients and tutors daily through email, text, and phone.
– Vet tutors for thoughtful matches and communicate tutoring opportunities to them.
– Connect tutors with clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
– Answer tutor questions and provide ongoing support.
– Support the growth of tutors through the provision of training resources and best practices.
2. Client Issue Resolution:
– Address and resolve client issues with a diplomatic and professional approach.
– Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive impact on both students and parents.
– Handle customer service inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing necessary information.
3. Recruitment and Onboarding:
– Play a key role in the tutor-client matching process, ensuring thoughtful and effective pairings.
– Onboard new tutors, reviewing and documenting paperwork to ensure compliance.
– (future task) Conduct recruiting and interviewing processes to bring in qualified tutors
***Internal Responsibilities: (Princeton Tutoring Ops)***
1. Team Collaboration:
– Work closely with PT Partners and Directors, fostering strong collaboration.
– Participate actively in meetings to discuss updates and contribute to strategic discussions.
– Collaborate with the small, close-knit team to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.
– Anticipate the needs of the team and contribute to the improvement of operational workflows.
– Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to the company’s evolving operations.
2. Operations and Admin Support:
– Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, scoring test prep, and maintaining paperwork.
– Provide ongoing support for billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
– Contribute to the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Answering FAQs (documenting via slab)
**PLEASE APPLY if you possess the following skills and attributes** (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
– Operations/Project Management background.
– With 3-5 years of experience in successfully supporting and/or managing operations or a similar skill set, showcasing mid-level operations management and project management experience.
– Impeccable English Skills (Written and Verbal). Confidence in writing skills without reliance on AI Tools. Exceptional communication skills are vital for collaborating with the team and engaging with tutors and clients via email, text, and phone.
– Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for success, no blindly copying and pasting
– Exceptional internet service with backup equipment in case of power outage
– Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating various tools.
-Trainable and Open to Feedback
– Comfortable using Excel and experienced in data entry.
– Experience in BPO and customer service.
– Accustomed to working in US Eastern Time, 9 am EST to 6 pm EST.
– Strong organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple work streams and prioritizing urgent tasks in a dynamic, remote environment.
– Ability to be productive while working remotely, demonstrating efficient time management skills.
– Holds at least a Bachelor’s Degree, ideally with a strong GPA
