Right now, we are hiring a Customer Support Representative for our company.
We are looking for hard working, loyal team members who are willing to handle our customer support.
So this is where you come in. Upon hire, we will also mentor you FOR FREE with our fulfillment lead, in order to ensure that you are a high performing CSR.
This means that you will be PAID to learn this skill, and will be receiving free coaching from our staff and myself (Richard Yu) in order to improve your skillset.

Here are the requirements:
-You must be able to commit full time hours, Day Shift EST
-Our preference: 6 days per week (1 day off), 10 hours per day of work (roughly 50-60 hours/week) of work.
-100% all in. We ask that you remain 100% exclusive with us when working on our team within 30 days of working with our team. This means no side hustles, as your financial goals and impact will be achieved WITHIN our team, not outside of it, and side hustles will inevitably break your focus.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Experience responding to emails, messaging, chat support.
-Ability to pick up the phone to resolve client issues.
-Fast/Quality response time, responding to our customers under 1-2 hours.
-Thriving in a dynamic fast paced environment
-Being able to understand and respond to complex inquiries in regards to getting access to the product, pricing questions, inquiries in regards to subscriptions.
-Good emotional intelligence to understand somebody’s inquiry and actually directly answering their questions correctly to resolve client inquiries effectively
-Showing up to daily meetings.
-Daily reporting and administrative activities.
Because you will be messaging people in English on a daily basis, your English skills must be highly skilled.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:

-If you are not willing to go ALL IN with one company, and like to work on multiple businesses at once, this is not for you.

Compensation:
This job will start off at $600-800 USD / mo.
Though if you have a very strong skillset / experience and are asking for more, this is negotiable, and there is room to grow.
