We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Amazon VA to join our team!
If you have diverse experience with selling on Amazon, love and know the systems and softwares and are motivated by finding and solving problems, then this is the position for you! If you don’t have a lot of experience, that’s ok too, but you need to be a problem-solver and eager to learn (both on your own and from the team).
This could be the perfect role if you:
– are organized, analytical and self-motivated
– have 1+ years of broad experience with
– are comfortable navigating Seller Central
– are fluent in English written and spoken
– have proven experience in keyword research
– have some experience with building/maintaining Shopify sites and basic web design
– have some graphic design experience is preferable
– are friendly, easy-going, trustworthy and communicative
If you lack some of these, that’s not a deal-breaker, but you’ll need to be an eager independent learner who can catch up quickly.

We are a 10-year-old e-commerce company based in Puerto Rico. We manufacture,
import and sell a wide range of mostly evergreen apparel products on that are sold under 7 different brands and 2 Amazon accounts. Our flagship brand is Pembrook and our fastest growing brand is Doctor’s Select.
The business is managed by the Founder and the COO. We are a small distributed team of 14 people located all around the world from the US, the Philippines, Norway, Turkey, Pakistan and China.

Who you are
You are a detail oriented and self-motivated person capable of managing and executing a wide range of tasks and projects within marketing, customer service, keyword research, administration, catalog management and other tasks as needed to support our team.
You enjoy being a ‘jack of all trades’ and figuring things out (when no one really has the answer). You’re ok with being assigned tasks by multiple people and assigning tasks to others as well. You’re a team player and used to reporting on your work.
We are not looking for someone to simply follow SOPs, but a person who can identify problems, gain an understanding of them, and then solve them in an effective way. You will be given challenges and responsibilities and expected to proactively deliver solutions and results without the need for much follow up.
About the Role:
These are some typical questions you will be finding the answer to:
– How can we improve our customer experience and satisfaction?
– How can we get our Amazon fees down when opening size cases doesn’t work?
– How can we improve our product listings further?
And here are a few specific things you would work on:
– Daily supervision of AMZ fees, opening cases, emailing and pushing AMZ to revise incorrect fees. This is a top-priority project in the business
– Be fully responsible for all customer service related tasks, using ChatGPT for efficiency
– Creating virtual product bundles, including main images
– Doing weekly checks of our Canada and Mexico listings to ensure they are aligned with the US listings
– Monitoring reviews, opening cases for review removals, create summary reports to inform the rest of the team about product feedback and insights
– Update and maintain our Shopify stores/websites when products are launched/discontinued (Tony – new responsibility)
– Process Shopify orders and Exchange/Replacement via manual fulfillment
– Looks for and test AI tools to help us optimize our internal processes (remove this – already part of our processes)
– Manage video, image and copy uploads to Amazon and YouTube
– Report unauthorized sales of Ashford Point products on Walmart and other sales platforms
– Assist with keyword research and admin tasks as needed
You will report to the Keyword & Launch Manager.
We work mostly asynchronously using Slack and Asana, however you must be okay with occasional early morning or late evening calls to connect with the team in the Philippines, Europe or on the US East Coast. For this role, it is a requirement to check buyer messages at least twice per day (also on the weekend) due to the 24 hour response deadline. Otherwise, working hours are flexible outside of scheduled meetings.
What we offer
– Full time position with the possibility to grow in the company (for the right person)
– Salary: Flexible depending on the candidate’s experience and enthusiasm, but in the range of 700 – 1,000 USD depending on experience and motivation
– Fully remote position. Fast, reliable internet is an absolute must.
– Flexible hours. We don’t believe in micro-managing. Outside of scheduled meetings, our employees manage their own time. We don’t care when you do it, as long as it gets done well, and on time.
