Dropshipping Manager

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the daily operations of our dropshipping business
– Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and structures are followed
– Review and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency
– Lead and motivate a team, ensuring high performance and productivity
– Communicate effectively with the CEO to align on business goals and strategies
– Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
– Contribute innovative ideas to enhance team performance and business growth
– Maintain detailed and organized records of transactions and operations

Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in dropshipping or e-commerce
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work with minimal supervision
– Proven problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
– Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
– Ability to ensure compliance with SOPs and business structures
– Goal-driven and capable of working towards achieving business objectives
– Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup
– Proficiency in English
– Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools
– Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO practices
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
