**Job Description:**

I’m looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dropshipping Product & Advertising Expert. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and profitability of our multiple dropshipping stores, particularly those dealing with grey and black hat products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating dropshipping sites, expertise in Facebook advertising, and preferably, experience with WooCommerce.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Dropshipping Site Management:**
– Create and manage multiple dropshipping sites efficiently.
– Implement effective strategies to optimize site performance, ROAS and user experience.
– Ensure all product listings are accurate and appealing.

2. **Advertising & Marketing:**
– Develop, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
– Monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROI.
– Stay available throughout the day to react promptly to any ad-related issues or underperforming shops.

3. **Product Management:**
– Identify and source products suitable for grey and black hat marketing.
– Ensure compliance with platform policies to avoid penalties and maintain account health.
– Update tracking numbers

4. **Operational Efficiency:**
– Manage multiple shops
– Continuously look for ways to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.

5. **Communication & Problem Solving:**
– Communicate effectively with the Business Owner
– Translate complex problems into understandable terms for quick resolution.
– Provide regular updates and reports on shop performance and ad campaigns.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in creating and managing dropshipping sites.
– Expert knowledge of Facebook advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
– Strong attention to detail to avoid costly mistakes and ensure smooth operations.
– Ability to multitask and manage multiple shops simultaneously.
– Excellent communication skills for clear and concise problem resolution.
– Availability to monitor and react to shop and ad performance throughout the day.
– Experience with WooCommerce is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Preferably familiarity with grey and black hat marketing strategies.
– Ability to quickly adapt to changing market trends and platform policies.
– Experience with automation tools and techniques to streamline dropshipping processes.
