Dropshipping SHOPIFY Virtual Assistant / Customer Service

Dear,
For our dropshipping stores we are looking for a high quality & experienced (!) Virtual Assistant

(VA). We have daily 300+ e-mails. Please read further to find out what tasks you will be going to do and what requirements
we have. Tasks may differ from a standard VA.

PLEASE NOTE: Experience with shopify is a requirement. We are NOT interested in experiences related to Amazon dropshippers.

Requirements:
– Experience in dropshipping from Shopify
– Does not have another job
– Has at least one year of experience in a similar job
– Very good at writing & speaking English
– Can handle translation programmes such as DEEPL

Tasks:
– Managing social media (very important)
– Customer service from multiple countries in Europe (Outlook)
– Good contact with the team/supplier through WhatsApp
– Translating texts (DeepL translation)
– Klarna disputes
– When you have done all the above tasks will look at more tasks.

We are looking for a long-term colleague to join the team. We are currently working with 5 people. Myself, Store manager and a few VA’s.
