PLANTIFUL WAYS, is seeking a talented Drop Ship Manager who can lead our eCommerce store sales. Candidate should be a natural leader with strong experience in Customer Service, Vendor Management, Drop Ship and eCommerce. Candidate should have a diverse background in analytics, revenue growth, and eCommerce strategy. This position will lead our B2B and B2C digital strategy and assist with our social media channels. The candidate will oversee the company’s top online accounts including health and wellness products.
As the Drop Ship Manager your responsibilities will include optimizing our current drop ship business to drive revenue and improve customer experience across multiple platforms and websites. You will also develop new business relationships and oversee the onboarding of new accounts. You will be the key leader in shaping our online vision for ecommerce store sites.
Responsibilities:
– Analyze ecommerce performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions/changes proactively including but limited to sku optimization for higher page ranking
– Support PLANTIFUL WAYS, leadership in decision making
– Lead and manage the drop ship team
– Work across the organization to improve and support customer experience and customer service
– Identify and own process and system improvements to align with company vision and goals
– Product research via A.I. services
Key performance indicators:
– Achieve P&L targets
– Lead Sales team to drive revenue
– Generate leads, build client relationships
– Set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts
– Meet customer needs
Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or related field
– 7+ years of experience with at least 3 years of managerial experience
– 3+ years of performing cost/benefit analysis and analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs making decisions in a highly-ambiguous and ever-changing environment
– Prior experience leading and developing team members
– Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
– Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
– Dedicated individual who is results driven
– Proven leader
– Prior experience working in portals such as: Amazon, Alibaba, Click Funnels, Commerce Hub, EBay, EDI, ESTY, Shopify, Store Funnel, Vendor Central, Walmart, Worldwide Brands,
– Prior experience working in portals such as: Click Funnels, Store Funnels and any other sales-funnel, company
