Dropshipping store Manager – Automation expert

ROLE:
As general manager you will have a different set of tasks. Within our dropshipping business, we think processes, structures and systems are extremely important. We are focused on setting up our business efficiently and that is the role of the general manager. So it is important to be analytically strong, know how to deal with people and also how to run a business most profitably. But this is not your only role within the company, alongside this you will also be responsible for editing the video ads and creating all the product pages on our Shopify stores. The Product pages must ensure that visitors are converted to customers and the creatives must ensure that people get to the product page. It is important that you can empathize with the visitors/customers in order to correctly respond to their needs and wishes. As a General Manager you will join a company that is developing rapidly and wants to grow. As a company we have a hardworking and dedicated mentality, with an open mindset. It is important for you to immediately think and perform in the same way as us.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Making integrations with different systems through Zapier
– Thinking about how we can optimize structures and processes in the business
– Creating converting product pages of the delivered products
– Thinking creatively about how we can increase the conversion rate
– Optimizes product pages when it is a profitable product
– Has experience creating product pages for a dropshipping store
– Create ad creatives
– Knows what a good ad looks like
– Carries out assignments given to him
– Experience with Shopify is a plus

RESULTS
– Achieve the established KPIs
– Have new products ready for testing every day
– Implement all integrations as quickly as possible within the business
– Create video creatives that ensure a high ctr
– Converting product pages

REQUIREMENTS
– You are an experienced general manager with dropshipping experience
– You are fluent in English
– You know how to edit videos
– You are eager to learn, creative and always looking for the little details that convert more visitors to customers
– You can work with the programs we use on a daily basis (Slack, Shopify, Clickup, Google Drive, Google Sheet, Google Doc, Zapier)
– You are a disciplined and organized worker who delivers assignments on time.
