Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and managing Shopify stores.
• Daily listing of products on Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
• Data filling and management on Google Sheets.
• Launching and managing Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat ads.
• Setting up Facebook pages and accounts.
• Performing product research for dropshipping.
• Conducting competitor research.
• Handling various data entry jobs.
• Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Onboarding new team members.
• Managing the customer support team.
• Handling supplier-related cases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly dropshipping.
• Proficiency in Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Strong knowledge of social media ad platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Google Sheets and other data entry tools.
• Research skills for product and competitor analysis.
• Ability to create detailed SOPs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and support a customer service team.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with additional e-commerce platforms and tools.
• Experience in setting up and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
